1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Membership Portal.

2. Membership Overview

Memberships are available on an annual subscription basis, renewing automatically each year unless cancelled as described below.

3. Subscription and Renewal

  • All memberships are billed annually in advance.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your sign-up date, using the payment method on file.
  • You will be notified prior to renewal.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to prevent renewal by emailing: [INSERT EMAIL]

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Cancel Membership.”

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • After cancellation, your access will continue until your paid period expires.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the membership term.

5. Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind, early cancellation, or unused access.

6. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment cannot be processed:

  • You will be notified via email and given a 7-day grace period to update your payment method.
  • If payment is not successfully completed within that period, your membership and access may be temporarily suspended or cancelled.
  • You can reactivate your membership by updating payment details and completing a new payment.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited.

8. Use of the Portal

You agree not to use the Portal for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage or impair the operation, security, or integrity of the site.

9. Intellectual Property
